Refund and Returns Policy

At Beartooth Mountain Cteative, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since all of our prints are made on demand, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review the following policy to understand how we handle damaged items and refund requests.

1. Return Window

We accept requests for refunds or exchanges for damaged prints within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind, as each print is custom-made.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

We only accept returns or offer refunds for prints that have been damaged during shipping or handling. To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damage, including:
    • Mid-range and close-up photos of the damaged areas.
    • Photos of the packaging, showing any damage during transit.

Important: Customers are advised not to sign for delivery before inspecting the print, as this may void any claims for damage.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damage caused by improper framing, discoloration, or wear due to framing processes that were not performed by a professional.

3. Refund or Exchange Process

If your print arrives damaged, you may choose between:

  • A full refund back to your original payment method.
  • A replacement print.

Please inform us of your preference when you contact us with the damage claim. In some cases, we may ask that the damaged print be destroyed rather than returned. Evidence of disposal (e.g., photo of the damaged print cut up or otherwise unusable) may be requested to process your refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Return Shipping

Due to the high cost of shipping, please do not send the print back unless we specifically request it. We will assess the situation through the photo evidence and guide you on the next steps. If we do request a return, shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed at that time.

5. International Returns

We accept international refund and exchange requests for damaged prints under the same conditions as domestic orders. Customers must provide photographic evidence of damage, and typically, we will ask that the print be destroyed rather than shipped back. Please contact us for further instructions.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a damaged print, this will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the availability of the print. Exchanges may take additional time due to the production process. Please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, and therefore we do not accept cancellations. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
